  1. The sizes of tiles or corners may vary significantly. Our brick tiles are natural products, about 100 years old . There is a possibility of discoloration, mortar residue, color differences, chipping, chips, chipping, cracks, uneven surface and edges and size differences. These are natural and desirable features of the product, not subject to complaint. <\/li>\n
  2.  It is allowed to crack up to 20% of the tiles during transport. This is due to the physical properties of the material from which the tiles were made (old bricks).This circumstance the customer acknowledges when making the purchase and accepts it.<\/li>\n
  3. a) The customer is obliged to check the contents of the parcel in the presence of a representative of the courier company in case of damage or irregularities, and then immediately report this fact to Dekoracyjnaceg\u0142a.pl In the absence of this fact, the complaint will not be considered.
    b) Reports of damage during transport, or any discrepancy in the order should be reported within 7 days of receipt of the shipment. Otherwise, reports will not be considered. <\/li>\n
  4. The website Dekoracyjnacegla.pl stipulates that placing an order (even if it has been paid immediately) is equivalent to making an offer to the seller to purchase a specific product (which the store may accept or reject);<\/li>\n
  5.  The final conclusion of the contract of sale occurs only when the customer receives a confirmation of acceptance of the order by the store in the form of an email stating “Thank you for placing your order, the order is in process”.<\/li>\n
  6. a) The resulting products may be damp (this is related to the production technology), which may cause the packaging(boxes or cartons) to become dehydrated.
    (b) If brick tiles are stored for more than 3 days after receipt, the customer is required to immediately unpack the pallet upon arrival, inspect all its contents, and lay out the brick tiles separately, providing them with a constant flow of air. Brick tiles that may be wet after the production process, which are sealed in packaging, are exposed to “steaming” (evaporation of water under the packaging and redeposition). <\/li>\n
  7.  Order completion date: up to 21 working days from the date of receipt of payment (by: Dekoracyjnaceg\u0142a.pl) for the ordered goods, regardless of how the order was placed.<\/li>\n
  8.  The specified square meter (tile) of the product in question includes a grout space of about 1-2 cm wide. <\/li>\n
  9.  By making a purchase, the customer agrees to provide proof of purchase (fiscal receipt or invoice) in electronic form to the e-mail address (in the body of the message or in a pdf file) provided when placing the order.<\/li>\n
  10.  By using the website Dekoracyjnaceg\u0142a.pl I consent to the processing of my personal data in order to present me with an offer of products, services and to conduct marketing by Dekoracyjnaceg\u0142a.pl, and I acknowledge receipt of information that:
    8.1. The Administrator of personal data is DEKORACYJNACEGLA.PL SP Z O.O., PL Pocztowy 24B\/9, 64-980 Trzcianka, Poland, KRS 0001166752, NIP 7632155485, REGON 541414406.
    8.2. Collected personal data may be made available to entities indicated in the provisions of commonly applicable law, and entities cooperating with Dekoracyjnaceg\u0142a.pl.<\/span>
    8.3<\/span>I have the right to access and correct my data under the terms of the Personal Data Protection Act, and providing them is voluntary.
    8.4 Providing e-mail address or telephone number is tantamount to consent to receive commercial information from Dekoracyjnaceg\u0142a.pl or entities cooperating with Dekoracyjnaceg\u0142a.pl Legal basis: Act of August 29, 1997 on Personal Data Protection (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 101, item 926, as amended). <\/li>\n
  11. a) The customer, being a consumer within the meaning of Article 22[1] of the Civil Code, has the right to lodge a complaint about the purchased goods or services within 14 days from the date of receipt of goods or services from Dekoracyjnaceg\u0142a.pl Complaints should be submitted by e-mail to the following address: biuro@dekoracyjnacegla.pl, or by post to the company’s address. Complaints submitted in any other form, and those submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
    b) Properly submitted complaints will be considered within 14 working days, calculated from the date of delivery of the complaint. <\/li>\n
  12. Dekoracyjnaceg\u0142a.pl accepts payments in the form of: cash payments (at the company’s headquarters), transfers to the company’s bank account, cash on delivery payments at the courier with advance payment.<\/li>\n
  13. A consumer has the right to withdraw from an off-site contract within a period of time 14 calendar days<\/strong> without giving any reason. In this case, the contract shall be considered not concluded. <\/li>\n
  14. The deadline for withdrawal from the contract expires after 14 days from the day:
    a) on which the Consumer took possession of the goods or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the Consumer took possession of the goods;
    b) in the case of a contract involving multiple goods that are delivered separately – from the day on which the Consumer took possession of the last of the goods;
    c) in the case of a contract involving regular delivery of goods over a specified period of time – from the day on which the Consumer took possession of the first of the goods.<\/li>\n
  15. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer should inform the Seller of his decision by an unequivocal statement in writing (such as a letter sent by mail or e-mail).<\/li>\n
  16. To comply with the deadline for withdrawal, it is sufficient to send information about the exercise of the right before the expiry of the 14-day period.<\/li>\n
  17. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the Seller shall return to the Consumer only the price paid for the goods<\/strong>, no later than 14 days from the date on which the Seller received the return of the goods.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  18. The payment will be refunded using the same payment methods used by the Consumer in the original transaction, unless the Consumer has expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, the Consumer will not incur any fees in connection with this refund.<\/li>\n
  19. The consumer should send back or hand over the goods to the Seller immediately, but no later than 14 days from the day on which he informed about the withdrawal from the contract<\/strong>, to the address indicated by the Seller. The deadline is met if the Consumer sends back the goods before the expiration of 14 days. <\/li>\n
  20. The consumer bears the direct costs of returning the goods<\/strong> (the cost of returning the shipment to the Seller).<\/li>\n
  21. The consumer is liable only for the diminution in value of the goods resulting from use beyond what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.<\/li>\n
  22. The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply in the cases specified in Article 38 of the Law on Consumer Rights, in particular with respect to contracts:
    a) for the provision of services, if the entrepreneur has fully performed the service with the express consent of the Consumer;
    b) in which the subject of the provision is a non-refabricated good, produced to the specifications of the Consumer or serving to meet his individualized needs;
    c) in which the subject of the provision is a good, which after delivery, due to its nature, is inseparably combined with other things. <\/li>\n

  24.  All prices quoted by Dekoracyjnaceg\u0142a.pl, on the websites, in e-mail correspondence and telephone conversations are gross prices unless otherwise stated. <\/li>\n

  26. Placing an order in any form implies acceptance of the provisions of these terms and conditions and the limitations and inconveniences that may arise therefrom (this is related to the specifics of the product).<\/li>\n
  27. In order to obtain the optional 5-year warranty for products purchased at Dekoracyjnaceg\u0142a.pl, the customer is required to do the following:
    16.1. Purchase of brick tiles (any type) in the minimum quantity of 10m2 and 2l of impregnant from the dekoracyjnacegla.pl store.
    16..2 The tiles must be installed in accordance with the guidelines of Dekoracyjnaceg\u0142a.pl and the art of construction, by persons or companies with certified qualifications in the installation of decorative tiles.
    16.3 The warranty applies only to tiles installed as decorative, indoors. Tiles must not be installed in permanently humid environments, with large temperature differences or be exposed to water.
    16.4. Tiles must be maintained with 1 coat of Impregnator (1l for each started 5m2 of tiles) once a year.
    16.5. Exclusions: the warranty does not cover the outcropping of efflorescence from natural elements such as salt on the surfaces of old brick tiles.
    16.6 In order to receive the optional 5-year warranty for products purchased at Dekoracyjnaceg\u0142a.pl is required to send a message to e-maila:biuro@dekoracyjnacegla.pl within 14 days from the date of the order with a request to cover his order (giving the number) with the optional 5-year warranty. Failure to send such a request within the specified period results in the inability to obtain the optional 5-year warranty. <\/li>\n
